OpsTower offers three plans designed to scale with your needs, from individual exploration to full team operations.

Plan Details
Section titled “Plan Details”Explore (Free)
Section titled “Explore (Free)”The Explore plan is designed for getting started with OpsTower. It includes enough capacity to set up a couple of agents, connect a few data sources, and generate a handful of reports each month. Chat usage is capped at 100 messages per month. Only standard-tier models are available.
Operate (Pro)
Section titled “Operate (Pro)”The Operate plan is built for regular use. It raises limits across the board – more agents, more connections, and daily report generation. Chat messages are unlimited. You gain access to premium-tier models and can schedule automated daily reports at a fixed hour with email delivery to your team.
Scale (Business)
Section titled “Scale (Business)”The Scale plan removes all caps on agents, connections, reports, and chat. It unlocks premium+ models (including Claude Opus 4), allows custom cron schedules for reports, and includes priority support.
Usage Tracking
Section titled “Usage Tracking”All usage counters (reports, chat messages) reset monthly on a UTC basis. You can view your current usage at any time through the account settings in the app.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”To upgrade your plan, visit the account settings page in OpsTower. Plan changes take effect immediately, and your new limits are available right away.
